By accessing and using the EduFloow platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Legal Notice. If you do not agree with any term, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

EduFloow is a technology platform designed for educational institutions, teachers, and students to facilitate the creation, administration, supervision, and grading of online exams.

3. Usage Requirements

  • Teachers: Must be 18 years or older and affiliated with an official educational institution.
  • Students: Must have parental or guardian consent if under 14 years of age.
  • It is mandatory to provide truthful information and keep it updated.

4. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and all activities performed with your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

By using EduFloow, you agree NOT to:

  • Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Attempt to access other accounts or the system without authorization.
  • Upload offensive, defamatory content or content that violates third-party rights.
  • Use the platform to cheat or help others cheat on exams.
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content (texts, graphics, logos, icons, code) is owned by EduFloow or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Exams and materials created by teachers remain the property of their authors.

7. Limitation of Liability

EduFloow is not responsible for:

  • Errors or service interruptions.
  • Data loss due to factors beyond our control.
  • Academic decisions based on results obtained on the platform.
  • Inappropriate use by users.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without prior notice.

9. Account Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
